How We Support Leaders

One-to-One Executive Coaching

Our executive coaching engagements are fully confidential, highly personalised and entirely focused on the goals and development needs of the individual. Coaches are matched carefully to each client based on background, coaching style and organisational context.

Programmes typically run over six to twelve months, with sessions conducted in-person or via video conferencing. Psychometric and 360° feedback tools are used where appropriate to inform the coaching agenda.

Leadership Development Programmes

Our modular leadership development programmes are designed for cohorts of leaders at similar career stages. Each programme combines skills workshops, peer learning, individual reflection and application challenges to create a genuinely transformative experience.

We design programmes for new managers, mid-level leaders and senior leadership teams, and can deliver them as in-house programmes or as open cohort programmes.

New Manager Transition Support

The transition from individual contributor to manager is one of the most significant — and most challenging — shifts in any professional's career. Our New Manager Transition programme provides structured support and coaching during this critical period.

The programme covers essential leadership skills: setting expectations, delivering feedback, managing performance, leading team meetings, handling difficult conversations and building credibility as a leader.

Senior Leadership Team Facilitation

We work with senior leadership teams to improve how they function collectively — building trust, improving decision-making, resolving tensions and aligning around strategic priorities. Our facilitation creates the conditions for honest, productive conversations that lead to meaningful change.

Team facilitation engagements typically include a diagnostic phase, a structured offsite or series of working sessions, and follow-up support to embed new ways of working.

Boardroom Facilitation

Senior leadership teams face unique challenges. The demands of accountability, stakeholder management, strategic complexity and interpersonal dynamics at the top of an organisation require a specific kind of facilitation expertise.
